As all our products are made according to order and they are perishable, goods purchased are not applicable for returns.

Exchange Policy (if applicable)
For any changes to your orders - change in date, collection timing, delivery address. Please contact us via email - hello@twentygrammes.com or contact us at 9447 2020 with minimum 48 hours notice. Successful changes to your orders will be notified via email or sms notifications. 

Delivery 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any items (if applicable). Delivery costs are non-refundable.
