Things to note

• Do note that the Cassandra Cherry Cake can last in a cold air-con room for 1 - 2 hours (subject to the temperature of the room). If refrigerated, kindly take the Cassandra Cherry Cake out from the fridge for at least 30 minutes before cake cutting to ensure a soft cake.
