Lately, I've been speaking to many different individuals and the stories that they share. What is in common? People undermine their struggles and see it as weak. We tend to downplay our failures and fears because society tells us "fake it till you make it". 

Our stories have the ability to create camaraderie and connection, which is what we all need during challenging times. Know of someone that is struggling? Send him/her a box of desserts to let them know that you're here for them & they don't have to go through it alone. We all can do with a bit more kindness!
